New MPEP Laws and Rules

The USPTO laws and rules change on a whim, even between new editions of the MPEP. Keeping you up-to-date on Patent-Related changes is very important no matter which Patent Bar Review materials you purchase or if you decide to tackle the MPEP on your own.

Revision 2 of the 8th edition MPEP is the currently tested edition (until October 17, 2006). After that time, the PTO will begin testing the 8th edition, Revision 4 MPEP (as of October 19th, 2006).
