Patent Attorneys will generally receive a higher salary than Patent Agents. As a Patent Attorney you will likely gain a position at a law firm. It is possible you may also gain in house patent attorney jobs with a corporation.
As a patent attorney, you will most certainly work on patent litigation cases and draft and prosecute patents. You may also be involved with licensing, writing opinion letters, and communicating with clients.

If you are a patent attorney with at least 1 to 2 years of work experience, you may want to try a Patent Attorney Recruiter. The more experience you have, the more valuable you will be viewed by a patent recruiter.
